All Sundays around 8 pm I start thinking about my job, exercising, walking my dog, visiting my dentist, etc. But wait a minute! It is still a weekend so I better enjoy my last weekend hours watching a movie.
Nothing works better with my plan than having a perfect snack and you know what? It will be healthy as well. Check out here for a healthy evening snacks suggestions:
1. Quesadilla…yes, yes a Quesadilla but a healthier version
-Instead of tortilla use whole wheat pita
-Instead of manchego cheese use hummus and spinach
-“Pico de Gallo”: cut tomato and onion in small pieces, add a bit of lemon juice with salt
2. Strawberry with banana yoghurt and almonds
-Remove the heart of strawberries, fill each strawberry with banana yoghurt and top it up with hazelnuts and walnuts. After 15 minutes in the freezer you´ll enjoy a delicious dessert!
3. Dark chocolate & almonds
-Melt 80% cocoa dark chocolate
-Put 5 almonds and cover it with the melted chocolate and top it with coconut shavings
-After 10 minutes in the freezer your chocolate treats are ready
